Manager of PBB (Passenger Boarding Bridges) Programs will act as the Subject Matter Expert in the support of the maintenance responsibilities for the company’s Passenger Boarding Bridges contracts at multiple airport locations across the country. Using data driven goal setting the role will be instrumental in establishing operations that consistently develop and employ best practices regardless of location and achieve exceptional performance results when measured against recognized industry leading performance measures. The role will coordinate with the Senior Director of Operations and the Regional Managers to ensure required support at all locations. The position will provide direct training to multiples technical and managerial positions and must have excellent understanding of all maintenance and operation of PBB. Must have solid understanding of preventative maintenance, causes of operational problems, deficiency inspections and reporting, PLC, hydraulic and electrical systems. Scope of responsibility also includes all auxillary equipment including, but not limited to Pre-Conditioned Air, Ground Power Units, Bag Lifts and Potable Water Cabinets.
Scope of resposibilites will included advancing training content for the LMS that supports technical staff development and the maintenance needs of the company’s contracted PBB programs. Work with local site and central Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs. Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
