  • Assist with ATS system and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
  • Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility.
  • Perform recruiting duties, including but not limited to identifying vacancies, posting job requisitions, screening applicants and onboarding new hires.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Process background investigation requests.
  • Conduct wage and salary surveys; analyze and recommend compensation to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Write job descriptions; ensure accuracy and on-going legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Write and refine work instructions for all aspects of the HR department.
  • Run reports our of various systems; analyze data.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, to sites to assist in recruiting and job faris as needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal employment alws as they apply to the position.
  • Punctual and regular attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 3 years experience recruiting within a high volume industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a union and non-union, multi-state environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Experience with Kronos, ICIMS and ADP 
  • Current knowledge and experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws and regulations as they apply to the position. Ability to work with all levels of employees
