Responsible for providing operational assistance, support and guidance to the Central Team Director to achieve excellent safety results, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction while maintaining quality standards and meeting operating and financial goals



  • Oversees the resourcing and staffing existing and future Operations and Maintenance sites
  • Review all staffing plans and coordinate with resourcing team
  • Coordinate development of Locations annual operating plan and budget.
  • Routinely review P&Ls for designated locations.
  • Interface with all Maintenance Managers, Site Supervisors and customers on business development.
  • Maintain client relationships; own overall end-to-end customer service experience.
  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of assigned sites to include:  staffing levels, budgets and performance goals.
  • Plan, develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure the operating quality, environmental compliance and safety of assigned sites.
  • Generate and recommend approval of CERs/acquisition requests (ARs)
  • Establish site and Maintenance/Site Manager goals and conduct performance appraisals/reviews.
  • Recommend recognition and/or disciplinary action of personnel as necessary.
  • Coordinate with HR and the Superiors to recommend appropriate compensation levels.
  • Conduct regular relationship meetings with contract customers to ensure proper services are being provided and to determine prospects for future sales.
  • Track sourcing, recruiting applicants thru on-boarding process.
  • Identify, monitor and evaluate Location Support opportunities at assigned sites.
  • Compliance with ELS Safety program policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to potential sales opportunities to include reading and understanding RFPs, writing RFP responses, assessing headcount needs, capital needs and contractual requirements to follow through with a new contract. 
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the employer’s insurance policy.
  • Perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by management.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 10 years’ experience in a high-level service industry management position.
  • 5+ years’ experience in service provision, adhering to contract terms.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills and abilities, including verbal and written communication, judgment, organizational development, coaching and counseling.
  • Basic knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%




  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience in a high-level service industry management position.
  • 8+ years’ experience in contract administration.
  • Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills and abilities, including verbal and written communication, judgment, organizational development, coaching and counseling.
  • Advanced knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.
  • Advanced knowledge of distribution operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel and Power Point.


Other Requirements: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
